Refund policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are processed with a 0% restocking fee.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Then contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
